Deconstructing Cravings

or found yourself rooting through the house in search of something, ANYTHING sweet or salty?

I have quite the sweet tooth for peanut butter and chocolate so you're in good company.

 

The only difference between you and me at this point is that I've learned why I crave certain things, and what to do about it so that I'm not feeling restricted. 

 

Deconstructing cravings is all about figuring out WHY you crave what you crave.

Often times it is closely linked to emotional or nutritional imbalances. Perhaps it is related to imbalance in your "soul foods" as well. Detangling these from one another can be tricky but it can also be done with great success. It is another step towards awareness and living your life with clarity!
