How many people feel frustrated about going on another diet or trying to clean up their act yet again!? I find in most cases it's because they are already anticipating the failure and cycle of "on again off again".
That used to be me too.
Changing your mindset and learning a sustainable way of living the life you'll enjoy AND have results is key.
#TransformationTuesday goes to Tanya. She said yes, committed to herself and trusted the process! Getting to a point where maintenance is life is what we all want, isn't it!?
Thank you Tanya for sharing your transformation, what an inspiration you are!!
Are you up for committing to yourself, trusting a proven process, and breaking the cycle?

Today's #SuccessSunday is extra special to me! I've been working with and watching Erica consistently and constantly work on her personal development to achieve the life she wants!!! She's over come so much and seeing her posts like these makes my heart want to explode with pride and love 💗💓💣
She's a great example of what committing to achieving more can do. She's a great example of the power of teaming up with mentors and coaches. She's a great example of what having a tribe of like minded people with you can do for ones journey. Ive been watching her transform on the inside, and I can't wait to see her transform on the outside with the power of Proper nutrition.
Cudos Erica, your amazing! We love you!
Because #transformationtuesday is about being acknowledged for all the hard work emotionally and physically!!! How many of you have a support system to give you a well deserved pat on the back!? 🙌
I have to give one of my fave peeps a shout out Krissy Hougendobler has been a huge inspiration and not just because of her great photo. She continually shows up to each coaching and training, constantly posts motivational content on her public page, and has truly embraced the lifestyle that is required to achieve success. Just see how excited her recent post about her transformation thus far:
"🤗 WOOHOO‼️ 😊
🙌🏻Saturday, May 20th was my 116th day on my nutritional program‼️ So far I've lost a total of 18.4 pounds and 45 1/2 inches‼️ 6 1/2 inches of that was from around my stomach 😳
Sunday I pulled out a pair of jeans that I haven't worn in 2 years...and guess what...THEY FIT‼️
I'm a huge fan of salad! There's no easier way to fill up on nutrient dense veggies that require little prep, and the flavor and texture experience options are endless by varying the toppings and dressings.
While on vacation in Orlando Florida, I enjoyed a lot of not so healthy food. I'm thrilled to share that despite that, I didn't gain a single pound during my 9 day stay! I implemented several health hacks that are highlighted in my up coming youtube video (coming soon) so be sure to check that out.
Making sure to get some healthy meals in, to balance out the pork sliders and lots of ice cream I indulged in, was one of the keys to my success.
This salad was fun to shop for, easy to make, and a refreshing and filling meal to prepare while in sunny Florida!
Ps- While the marinade sounds like a lot, its super clean compared to any other option in the bottled dressing isle and it requires just oil and vinegar which most people always have on hand, plus a fresh lemo...
Love the reminders Facebook sends me!
I remember when I was fairly new in my own health journey, and meeting Santyomar about 30 days into his transformation!!!
#transformationtuesday shout out goes to him for his inspirational and astounding change!

My Lifers like their #mealprep to be quick and painless. I prefer to keep my blog posts the same!
But let me take just a moment to celebrate that we can enjoy dessert for breakfast! Or enjoy this recipe as a healthier version to the original dessert.
Prep this the night before in just a few minutes and in the morning, you’ll be ready to dig into a bowl of brownie batter! Top with banana, peanut butter and chocolate chips for an extra decadent treat.

#SuccessStorySunday shout out goes to one of my team mates, Jim Bull! Jim had several business achievements in the past two weeks. He accredits them to his own personal transformation and his consistency to sharing the message to inspire others.
Jim was one of our winners for last falls Fit and Lean Challenge! I adored all of Jims face book live videos in the private group, where he was constantly uplifting others.
He's a good example of the power of community. Being part of a community with similar goals, hopes, and dreams to succeed is invaluable. One of the things I love most about our community: because many people don't have others in their day to day surroundings that would be considered their "support system", they have access 24/7 to inspirations like Jim.
Consider for yourself if you are surrounding yourself with like minded people that match the goals and lifestyle you are working for!
Contact me to talk about your goals and to learn more about our community and how Jim got s...
Know what I love about this photo the most!? That Alexandra took the before pictures herself, using the phone as a shield. In the afters she's smiling from ear to ear!!!! 😁
Alexandra shares, "Mom of 3... 13 months in the making... and I'm not done yet. I never will be. Because I fell head over heels in love with this lifestyle."💚💚
I never get tired of seeing these amazing transformations from our community of health seekers!
Can you relate to Alexandra, hiding behind the phone in the first picture?
Meal prepping, a term more commonly known in the fitness industry, is really starting to become main stream. And for good reason!
Essentially all it is is preparing your meals (and snacks) in advance, typically in bulk.
There's a million ways to go about it, but it all leads to the same result: having clean healthy foods ready-to-go so that under eating, over eating, poor eating, and time constraints are no longer an excuse. The saying "Failing to prepare is preparing to fail" couldn't apply more when it comes to meal prep!
Some people cook their food on the grill, the stove top, in the oven, in a crock pot or air frier, and any other way you can think of.
While most people hear the words "meal prep" and have visions of 2 dozen plastic containers lined up with chicken sweet potatoes and broccoli all in perfectly measured portions, meal prepping is very flexible and can be implemented to any capacity.
Essentially what's happening is you're doing any combination of the following, ju...
